We would like to extend a warm welcome to our website visitors. The practice was established in Llanishen some 10 years ago, and provides Orthodontic and Dentofacial Orthopaedic treatment for patients. Each orthodontic clinician has undergone extensive dental and orthodontic postgraduate training, and each orthodontic clinician is a GDC registered specialist.
Fixed and removable appliance therapy is provided for children and adults, using state of the art materials.
We are happy to accept NHS referrals for children under 18 via General Dental Practitioner, or privately via self referral. |

 2006-2007 update
Children’s orthodontics (17 years and below).
Since the introduction of the new dental contract in April 2006, there has been an annual cap on the number of children that orthodontic practitioners are permitted to treat in one year. As a practice we have always believed strongly in the provision of NHS orthodontic care free at the point of delivery, where appropriate. Currently however, as a result of capping, treatment need is outstripping this provision of care through the NHS. As a result, we are happy to provide private consultations and immediate treatment for patients of all ages. Where those individuals have sufficient problems to qualify for NHS treatment, they will be given the opportunity to pursue NHS treatment according to our current NHS waiting list. |
